Adding a file to OSRS

By submitting a file, you agree to the following terms:

1. Failure to grant credit where it is due could lead to file removal and access to the downloads section
2. Any link included is not to be used for referral, surveys, revenue, etc.
3. Submitting malicious files leads to account termination with no ability to appeal
4. Code included in files that stops users from being able to utilise the file/code will be removed
5. Sharing files outside of the purpose of improving knowledge or understanding of something is prohibited
6. If a file submission is done without permission from the creators, the RuneList team reserves all rights to punish and handle the file.
7. No releases are to be done of a server that is online or in development.
