What is a download client RSPS?

Most RuneScape private servers are played through a client you download and install on your computer, often with a launcher that keeps it up to date. A downloaded client usually gives the smoothest experience: the full interface, better performance, and extras such as plugins, resizable mode and HD graphics where the server supports them.
