Runewend | Browser OSRS | 1x EconomyRunewend is a browser-based, OSRS-like fantasy MMORPG built around earned progression and a persistent player economy. Start in the Free world directly from a compatible desktop or mobile browser—there is no separate launcher to install. Train skills at a 1x experience rate, quest, explore, trade directly with other players, and take on familiar PvM encounters with modern browser convenience.
Free and Members worlds share the same character, skills, bank, and inventory. Membership only unlocks access to the Members world; Runewend does not sell XP, gold, equipment, drop boosts, extra bank space, or other progression advantages. Voluntary contributions grant no gameplay rewards.
Runewend launches October 31, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern. Runewend is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with Jagex.
