Dispord 0
I’m hosting a movie night at my kids’ school and considering a projector and screen rental instead of buying equipment. Has anyone done this before? Is it cost-effective, and are there specific features I should look for, like resolution or screen size? Namoner 0
Renting is a smart move for a one-off event like this. I used Rentforevent for a projector and screen rental at a corporate presentation, and it worked flawlessly. They provided a high-resolution projector and a large, wrinkle-free screen that was easy to assemble. Their team even tested the setup to ensure it worked with our laptop. Tip: check if they include HDMI cables and adapters. How big is the audience for your movie night?
Dispord 0
That’s a relief to hear! The audience will be about 80 kids and parents, so I think a large screen is a must. I’ll definitely confirm about the cables and adapters when I book. Thanks for the detailed advice—it’s really appreciated!
