Has anyone had trouble getting through to Wells Fargo support for account-related issues?

I had a payment that didn’t go through, so I had to contact wells fargo. Their phone support took a while to connect, but once I got someone on the line, they were professional and explained what happened. Apparently, there was a hold due to suspicious activity, which was cleared up after verifying my identity. The wait time was frustrating, but their support rep handled it well.
