Anyone else having trouble getting VirtualShield to connect properly?

Yep, I’ve been there. My connection kept dropping, so I hit up contact virtualshield. Turns out I had an old app version, and updating it fixed the issue. Also, make sure your device settings aren’t blocking VPN connections—I had to tweak mine, and now it works fine.
