I’ve tried reaching out to their customer service, but I’m not sure how responsive they are. Has anyone else had similar issues? How was your experience with resolving them? jullusas 0 Posted January 27 Share Posted January 27 Hello there, I’ve had a similar issue with missing Nectar points from MyMail. I contacted their customer service from mymail nectar, and while it took a few days to get a response, they were able to sort it out and credit the missing points.
