Has anyone had issues with MyMail Nectar

Hi everyone, I’ve been using MyMail to collect Nectar points, but recently I noticed some of my points haven’t been credited. I’ve tried reaching out to their customer service, but I’m not sure how responsive they are. Has anyone else had similar issues? How was your experience with resolving them?

Hello there, I’ve had a similar issue with missing Nectar points from MyMail. I contacted their customer service from mymail nectar, and while it took a few days to get a response, they were able to sort it out and credit the missing points. My advice is to keep all your receipts or emails as proof it makes the process quicker.
