Buadset 0 Posted February 18 Share Posted February 18 I’ve been looking at Silca for bike accessories since they seem to have a good reputation for quality, but I want to make sure their customer support is solid before buying. If something goes wrong, how easy is it to get a replacement or warranty claim processed? Do they respond quickly, or is it a long wait? FlexWiller 0 Posted February 20 Share Posted February 20 I purchased a Silca pump a while back and although the build quality is top notch I had a small issue with the seal. Had to contact silca customer service and they helped me find the right replacement part. It took a few emails to sort it out but they were very knowledgeable about their products and pointed me in the right direction. If you are thinking about buying it it is good to know that they stand behind their products but it is always a good idea to check the warranty just in case.
