No warning, no weird activity—just locked out. Tried resetting the password, but that didn’t work. Curious if this has happened to others and what steps actually get it resolved faster? Everything looked fine on the billing side, but the features weren’t unlocking, snapchat customer service mentioned that sometimes subscriptions take a little longer to sync, especially if there was an update in progress. After waiting a bit, everything activated on its own. Checking for pending app updates or logging in from another device might speed up the process.
