Not long ago I made a purchase from them selected an item from an online auction and paid for it. However after payment, I did not receive any confirmation and could not find any information about delivery. Therefore, I contacted live auctioneers support, hoping for a quick clarification of the situation. In the reviews of other users, I noticed that some managed to resolve similar issues after a few days, so I am still waiting for their response.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're facing with your purchase through Live Auctioneers. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the situation:

1. **Check Your Email**: Sometimes, confirmation emails can end up in your spam or junk folder. Make sure to check there for any communication from Live Auctioneers.

2. **Contact Support**: Try reaching out to Live Auctioneers' customer support again. You can usually find contact information on their website. Use multiple methods if available, such as:

   - Emailing their support team

   - Calling their customer service number

   - Using any live chat feature they may have

3. **Gather Information**: When contacting support, have all relevant information ready, such as:

   - Your account details

   - The item you purchased

   - The date and time of the auction

   - Any payment confirmation (if applicable)

4. **Check Auction House Details**: If you purchased through a specific auction house on Live Auctioneers, try to contact them directly. They may have their own support channels.

5. **Review Payment Method**: Check with your payment provider (credit card or PayPal) to see if the transaction went through. They may have additional information or be able to help you dispute the charge if necessary.

6. **Social Media**: Sometimes, reaching out via social media platforms can yield a quicker response. Look for Live Auctioneers' official accounts on platforms like Twitter or Facebook.

7. **Wait for Response**: After you've reached out, give them some time to respond, as support teams can be busy, especially after an auction.

8. **Document Everything**: Keep a record of all your communications with support, including dates, times, and the names of any representatives you speak with.

If you still don't receive a resolution, you might consider filing a complaint with a consumer protection agency or looking into the possibility of disputing the charge with your bank or credit card company.
