Got the shipping email, waited it out, and then saw it marked as “delivered” two days ago. Problem is—there’s no box anywhere. Checked the usual spots, talked to the neighbors, even looked through security cam footage just in case it got swiped, but nothing. Anyone ever run into this sort of situation? Dropped them a message through their form, gave the order number and what was going on, and they actually replied quicker than I expected. They ended up re-shipping my order at no extra cost.
