Eltima TV Remote app for iPhone

Has anyone figured out if you can actually customize the remote layout in the Eltima TV Remote app for iPhone? I’ve been using it for a few days now to control my Android TV, and while the default layout works fine, I wish I could rearrange or hide some of the buttons I never use. It just feels a bit too Roku-ish for my taste. Anyone found a workaround or hidden setting for this?

I’ve been down that exact rabbit hole! So far, it looks like the app doesn’t let you fully customize the layout — no drag-and-drop or edit mode like some universal remote apps offer. That said, I’ve found that just getting used to the layout helps a bit, especially since the button placement is fairly intuitive once you’ve used it for a few days. Also, the on-screen keyboard is surprisingly handy for quick searches, especially if you use streaming services a lot.

I do hope they consider adding layout customization in future updates, though. Would be a game-changer for folks like us who like tailoring everything to our own habits.

I never touch would clean it up. I’m not picky, but more personalization would definitely make it feel like my remote, not just another generic one.
