I haven't driven through any tolls in the past month, yet my account reflects several deductions. I attempted to reach out to SunPass for clarification, but navigating their contact options proved challenging. I couldn't find a straightforward way to dispute these charges or speak directly with a representative. Has anyone else experienced unexpected toll charges with SunPass? medoxjj 0 Posted May 24 Share Posted May 24 Got stuck in the same loop when they charged me for tolls in a county I’ve never even driven through. Couldn’t get any real answers from the site, but someone on another thread linked sunpass customer support and that ended up being the most useful thing. Saw a bunch of similar complaints there, and at least it gave me a better idea of how others got their issue escalated. I ended up saving screenshots, submitting a formal dispute through their site, and filing a written complaint. Took a while, but they finally corrected it. Stay on it and don’t let it slide.
