Hey folks, I encountered a billing issue with Xfinity where I was charged for services I didn't authorize. I attempted to resolve it through their customer support, but the responses have been inconsistent. I'm trying to understand if others have faced similar billing discrepancies and how they managed to get them rectified. Any shared experiences or advice would be helpful.

Some suggested asking for a billing audit and requesting it be escalated to a higher rep, which actually got better results than just using live chat. It helps to take screenshots and keep things polite but firm. Not every issue gets fixed fast, but being persistent paid off in my case.
