I attempted to verify my identity through ID.me for accessing certain government services. The process required uploading documents and taking a selfie, which I completed. However, the system kept redirecting me to repeat the steps without any clear indication of success or failure. I reached out via their online support form but haven't received a response. This has been ongoing for over a week, and I'm unable to proceed with my application. Has anyone else encountered this verification loop with ID.me? Any suggestions on how to break out of this cycle would be greatly appreciated.
