Buadset 0
It’s been getting harder to tell which companies still take customer service seriously. Over the last year, I’ve dealt with delays, auto-responses, and agents that clearly weren’t trained for the job. I came across a 2025 ranking listing the worst-performing brands in support and saw some big names listed — Credit Karma, Uber Eats, Groupon, and Pizza Hut among them. It made me wonder what exactly pushed them onto that list. Was it a decline in staffing, tech failures, or something deeper in how these companies are run? medoxjj 0
One pattern that keeps showing up across reviews is the breakdown in communication and follow-through — two areas where the brands listed in the worst customer service report consistently underperformed. Customers mentioned unresolved issues, missing refunds, and not even receiving callbacks. In many cases, the companies didn’t lack channels — they just didn’t respond. The report also pointed out that franchise-based operations like fast food chains struggle with consistency across locations, which drags down their reputation even if the product is good.
