Square held my business funds

I’ve been using Square for basic card transactions for my shop and didn’t have any issues until a large payment came through last week. Out of nowhere, they put the funds on hold and marked my account for review. I didn’t get any warning or clear explanation. The chat doesn’t respond, and the email reply just says they’re “looking into it.” I’m stuck waiting and can’t cover some of my regular expenses. Has anyone dealt with this kind of hold? What actually helped get it sorted?

Same thing happened earlier this year when I switched over to Square for all my payment processing. The first few payouts were quick, then suddenly one was flagged and locked with no notice. I looked into it more and found https://square.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , where a bunch of users shared stories just like mine. Some said their funds were delayed for weeks but started moving again once they posted publicly or followed up daily. I ended up doing both—posted a short, factual comment about my hold, then replied to their email support with screenshots. A few days later, someone from their team finally responded, and the money cleared not long after. So yeah, that page made a difference. If you're waiting on funds, I’d keep things documented and keep pushing through all channels.

It is always important to look for the most reliable options for storing business funds. It is also important to look for ways to develop internal work processes and I suggest you take a look at precoro software for optimizing procurement processes. This software is easy to implement in any type of business and synchronize with accounting systems, as well as other programs that your employees are already using. This way you will not only save time, but also protect your business from unauthorized expenses.

When I started my freelancing project, I wanted to find better ways to talk with my clients. Searching for tools, I discovered conversational ai for customer service. The site makes it easy to understand how automation can save time. They even have bonuses like extended trials, cheaper monthly packs, and learning guides that explain step by step. For me, it’s nice because I can give answers quickly and focus on finishing real work instead of endless email chains.
