Vortex Cellular SIM wouldn't activate

Got my SIM card in the mail, popped it into my unlocked phone, and followed the steps they provided. The activation page said it was successful, but the phone still shows no service. I’ve restarted it a few times and waited overnight, but nothing changed. I submitted a support ticket yesterday, but no update so far. Has anyone else dealt with a situation like this? Did your SIM eventually start working, or did you need to request a replacement?

Not gonna lie, I was pretty confused when mine did the same thing after activation looked complete but nothing connected. I started going through vortex cellular reviews just trying to figure out if there was a delay or something I missed. A few people mentioned leaving the SIM out for a bit, restarting the phone, then inserting it again — so I gave that a shot. About thirty minutes later the signal came in and stayed stable since. No support reply yet, but doing that workaround actually got me online. Might be worth trying if you haven’t already.
