Buadset 0 Posted June 17 Share Posted June 17 Bought a Norcold RV fridge earlier this year and it worked great on the first couple of trips, but now it won’t cool properly even though it powers on. I checked ventilation, gave it time to settle, and still nothing inside stays cold. I filled out their warranty form online but haven’t gotten a response yet. I looked through a few norcold reviews while waiting for support to reply and noticed others had success when they followed up with detailed photos of the unit and serial tag. I added that in my second message, explained how long it had been running, and included the purchase date again. That seemed to prompt a proper reply — they offered instructions for inspection through a service dealer and logged my case the same day.
