Over the past month, though, the fees changed multiple times without explanation—one of my trial subscriptions showed a new payment amount well above what I agreed to. I reached out through their app support but haven’t received any follow-up yet. Has anyone experienced that and successfully got clarity or a refund? What steps helped?
