I checked my student dashboard and there’s no record of the question. Has anyone here used that exact form and actually received a reply? I’m wondering what prompted them to respond. I went back and sent a follow-up message that briefly mentioned my original submission and highlighted the main concern again. That second message got a quicker response—within a day I received instructions on next steps. It seems that resending the same info in a fresh message helped it stand out.
