I set up a Hungryroot subscription because I loved the fresh meals from my first box, but when my next delivery never arrived—even though the payment cleared—I felt stuck. Last winter I signed up for Hungryroot to simplify weekday dinners, and my initial box arrived perfectly on time. I dug up screenshots of my billing statement, copied the order number from my purchase history, and confirmed my delivery address to make sure nothing was amiss. I filled in the form with my order details, attached proof of payment and a screenshot of my account’s order page, and hit submit. Within three days, a representative replied to confirm they’d located my box in transit and fast-tracked a replacement shipment. They also applied a credit for the delay, which showed up on my account statement the next morning. From that point on, I keep a folder with every order confirmation and screenshot handy so I can resolve any hiccup without endless back-and-forth.
