Has anyone used Taste of Home to report missing digital recipes, playback errors or billing issues and actually received a clear fix or credit without long hold times?

My dinner plans almost unraveled when a bookmarked recipe vanished and the app returned a generic error, so I collected screenshots, the subscription receipt and a short screen recording into a single packet. I uploaded everything to https://taste-of-home.pissedconsumer.com/review.html where support opened a case and reviewed the files. A specialist forced a server cache refresh, restored the missing recipe to my account and applied a small credit for the hassle. They emailed a confirmation with the case number. Tip: include device model, exact timestamps and the remedy you want to speed things up.
