Buadset 0
Has anyone used Garmin to report sync failures, corrupted activity files or firmware errors and actually received a clear diagnostic, a remote fix or a timed engineer visit without long hold times? HrastikN 0
During a training block the watch stopped syncing and several recent routes vanished, so diagnostic logs, model and serial photos plus a short screen recording were collected into a single packet. The packet was uploaded to https://garmin.pissedconsumer.com/review.html where support opened a case and requested the raw device logs. A technician reproduced the fault from those logs, pushed a targeted firmware refresh, cleared a corrupted Bluetooth cache and guided a one-step resync that restored routes, splits and heart-rate files. When the issue persisted a timed onsite visit was arranged, parts were confirmed by email and a clear case number tracked progress. Crisp evidence and a single, well-labelled request kept the whole process tidy and avoided repeated callbacks.
