A tight travel window left my group stranded when checked bags never appeared and the next service was boarding. We collected bag-tag photos, boarding passes, payment receipts and a short clip of the empty carousel, then uploaded the packet at https://jetblue-airways.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , clearly stating the remedy wanted: priority trace, reroute or seat reissue. An agent opened a priority case, verified tag scans, booked alternate seats and authorised courier delivery to our hotel. Email updates included a case number and an ETA. Exact tag numbers and a single, specific remedy request usually speed resolution.
