I submitted that note through the Swissklip support page at https://swissklip.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , kept my message polite and specific, and asked for a case reference. A customer-care reply arranged a replacement shipment and return instructions. Clear, courteous communication got everything resolved smoothly.
