Has anyone had experience with Rheem water heaters or HVAC units for several years? How reliable are they long‑term, and does warranty service respond quickly when parts need replacing?

I installed a Rheem water heater five years ago, and it has run without issues aside from annual flushing. Warranty service replaced a small component once without hassle. Looking through rheem reviews made me expect some minor hiccups, but overall the reliability has been solid and maintenance straightforward.
