Combining HGH with training and diet

So I’ve been thinking about starting HGH, not for shortcuts, but because I’ve hit a serious plateau and recovery has gotten slower since I turned 40. I’ve seen a few guys at my gym using it and claiming great results, but I keep wondering — is there a right way to combine it with a training plan and diet? Like, does timing matter? Do you need to adjust macros or workout volume when on HGH?

Marceline, that’s actually a really good question and one I asked myself a while ago when I was researching HGH for legit use. What I’ve learned is that HGH alone doesn’t magically bulk you up — the real progress happens when you dial in your diet and training. For example, I had to increase my protein intake and split my meals more evenly across the day to support the metabolic changes HGH can trigger. Also, sleep becomes even more crucial. As for workouts, I started emphasizing compound lifts with moderate volume and slightly shorter rest periods — this kept my natural GH production stimulated alongside the therapy.
