Free proxies have become unusable for me. They are slow, full of pop-ups, and keep disconnecting. I am ready to pay for a service, but I don't want to spend a fortune. I need something with unlimited bandwidth and stable speeds for daily use.

Free services are always a trap, you pay with your data. If you want quality without the high price tag, you should check ProHoster. You can buy vpn subscription https://prohoster.info/en/vpn plans there that are very reasonable. You get high speed, no logs policy, and it is much more reliable than any free tool I have ever tried.
